How to return goods:
Premier Netting will replace any product if it is defective, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Under the UK Distant Selling Regulations Consumers have the right to a cancel their order and return the goods (except Customised Products) for any reason at their own expense and within 14 days following receipt of the goods, however this does not apply to businesses.
Please note that items that cannot be returned by a Royal Mail service may cost £10 or more per item to return to us. Addresses outside of England, Wales and the Lowlands of Scotland may be more expensive still. For a more accurate estimate of the cost of return for your particular order, or if you would like to cancel this order before dispatch please contact us at clearly stating if you wish to cancel or seek more information on your cost of return. Any deposit payment will be immediately refunded in full.

The item and it's packaging must be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition.
A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned unused item. The refund will be the cost of the items ordered less any allowance for unreasonable use or damage/deterioration during storage or return. The original cost of delivery (if any) will be refunded unless the Customer requested a special service (eg timed delivery) in which case the cost of the standard service will be refunded.
Email us for the returns address at When returning a product, we recommend you use a service where you are able to track/prove delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of returned goods.

For businesses returning goods a 10% restocking and/or repackaging fee will be charged and the original delivery cost will not be refunded nor the cost of the return. There may be a charge for unreasonable use or damage/deterioration during storage or return.
If the return is the due to a problem with the product or an error by Premier Netting then we may ask you to return the item and we will pay you the cost of the postage. If this is not possible we will arrange for collection.

Please be extra careful when selecting the correct product. If you are not sure or if you have any questions regarding a product please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions accurately. This does not apply to personalised goods, goods made or modified to the Consumers specification, cut materials, or goods not normally sold by us but purchased especially for the Consumer.
The address for any returns will be given by Premier Netting and may be different in each case

Once clearance has been given by Premier Netting, please package securely and dispatch to the given address.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely events of goods being received damaged in transit, please ensure you sign for the goods as "damaged" or "unchecked".
